- SunSeed Alpha is a classic fully mechanical row-independent sunflower header with a collection tray,
- The header is made with a well-tried and clean construction, with mechanical drives, without hydraulics, which ensures easy handling and simple maintenance.
- The position and rotation of the reel is fixed, the gap between the trays is adjustable.
- The header does not have gathering chains, the sunflower stalks are drawn between the collection trays by the cylinders under the trays to the alternating mower mechanism, which performs the cutting directly under the sunflower heads. The distribution of the collection trays and their optimally designed length and width enable harvesting with minimal loss, regardless of the direction of movement or the type of sunflower. The trays are designed with a special edge, so the seeds that pop out when the stalk is pulled are perfectly collected, and the rounded ends protect the sunflower stalk from impacts that could prematurely knock the seeds out of the heads. Thanks to this technology, loss is minimal.

- Das Schneidwerk ist mit einer bewährten und sauberen Konstruktion gefertigt, mit mechanischen Antrieben, ohne Hydraulik, was eine einfache Handhabung und einfache Wartung gewährleistet.
- Die Position und Drehung des Rechens ist fixiert, der Abstand zwischen den Wannen ist einstellbar.
- Das Schneidwerk hat keine Sammelketten, die Sonnenblumenstängel werden zwischen den Sammelwannen von den Zylindern unter den Wannen zum wechselnden Mähmechanismus gezogen, der den Schnitt direkt unter den Sonnenblumenköpfen ausführt. - SunSeed Alpha este un header clasic complet mecanic pentru floarea-soarelui, independent de rânduri, cu tavă de colectare.
- Headerul este realizat cu o construcție bine testată și curată, cu antrenări mecanice, fără hidraulică, ceea ce asigură o manipulare ușoară și o întreținere simplă.
- Poziția și rotația tamburului sunt fixe, iar distanța dintre tăvi este ajustabilă.
- Headerul nu are lanțuri de colectare, tulpinile de floarea-soarelui sunt trase între tăvile de colectare de către cilindrii de sub tăvi către mecanismul de cosit alternativ, care efectuează tăierea direct sub capetele de floarea-soarelui. Distribuția tăvilor de colectare și lungimea și lățimea lor optim proiectate permit recoltarea cu pierderi minime, indiferent de direcția de mișcare sau de tipul de floarea-soarelui.
